Well established high-paced commercial Print, Design and Marketing Service Provider is seeking an individual who is skilled in graphic design and has strong communication skills to work closely with businesses and community by helping customers fulfill their printing and business service needs. Ideal candidate should have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), and digital file troubleshooting capabilities, strong verbal and written communication skills, friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor, and professional appearance. Ideal individual must be fast learner, prompt, reliable, responsible and team player. Candidate will be responsible for the design and creation of digital files and the output of files to various digital presses (prepress), delivering outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries, advising customers on our product and service offerings to confidently deliver valuable solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the customers.
