Design & Customer Service Assistant Full-Time | On-Site Job Summary We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and client-focused Design & Customer Service Assistant to join our print and marketing team. This is a hybrid role that blends graphic design production with front-line customer service. Graphic Design & Production Support • Prep and edit print-ready files using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign (required) • Add bleeds, crop marks, adjust layouts, and troubleshoot client artwork • Assist with basic logo creation, vectorizing, and simple design projects • Collaborate with production staff to ensure designs are print-accurate and on time • Understand and communicate best practices for file setup, print specs, and branding Required Qualifications • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Illustrator & InDesign) • 1+ years of customer service experience in a professional setting • Ability to multitask, self-manage, and adapt quickly in a deadline-driven environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Confident working directly with clients and providing consultative recommendations • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
