ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES • Greets walk-in client, identify and assist with needs and/or orders • Create Proofs for customers • Manages walk-in traffic incoming calls, emails, fax communications and take appropriate actions • Collects accurate and complete information for the customers and for the production team. Ability to compute rate, percent and review and understand numbers, estimates, P.O.s, receivables and other data as it pertains to record-keeping, collections and the profitability of the company.
