Duties • We are looking for a person to assist our customer in creating custom puzzles using various graphics programs, such as InDesign, Adobe, Canva, etc. • Process data entry tasks accurately to update customer records, orders, and service requests in our systems. • Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to create positive interactions every time. • Proven computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data entry accuracy. • Experience with outbound calling campaigns or sales is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
