This is not just a traditional graphic design role. Design and produce email marketing graphics, including final web-ready assets optimized for desktop and mobile Design multiple versions of campaign graphics tailored to different customer segments, promotions, and marketing initiatives Design supporting website and e-commerce graphics, including desktop and mobile homepage sliders, promotional banners, product-support graphics, and other digital marketing assets Color correct, retouch, and prepare product photography for web use, including background removal and creation of polished, web-ready images Organize product imagery by color, style, angle, or variation, and create custom image groupings and supporting visuals for product pages Upload, organize, and tag product images and descriptions in our digital asset management system so internal teams can access approved assets for new product launches and customer needs Prepare and export final digital assets in the correct formats, sizes, and specifications for web and email use Manage multiple projects at once while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines Collaborate closely with marketing to execute creative needs tied to promotions, campaigns, product launches, and website updates Assist with product photography, image prep, and simple styling as needed to support marketing and e-commerce production Proficiency in Adobe InDesign Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Proficiency in Adobe Camera Raw Strong understanding of digital graphic production for both web and email Experience exporting optimized web graphics and production-ready digital assets Strong photo editing and retouching skills Excellent organizational skills and comfort managing large volumes of digital assets Strong attention to detail with sizing, exports, image quality, file naming, and production accuracy Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment 2–4 years of graphic design experience preferred, ideally in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related production-focused environment Equivalent internship experience and a strong portfolio may be considered in place of full-time experience Experience supporting e-commerce, digital merchandising, or marketing production workflows Interest in product photography and comfort using a DSLR camera
