About You:You're a passionate designer who thrives on creativity and innovation, with a strong background in digital design. About the Job:We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to expand our design efforts and elevate the visual identity of DiamondBack Covers. You will work closely with our marketing team to conceptualize, design, and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. Qualifications & Attributes:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles, projects, and successes.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.Strong design sense and portfolio of relevant work.Demonstrated creative expertise in a broad array of areas including multi-channel campaigns, print and digital advertising, signage, packaging, web design and usability.Knowledge and experience with various printing and fulfillment methods.Knowledge and experience with photography and video is a plus.Art Direction knowledge and experience helpful.Exceptional attention to detail and excellent follow through.Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.Passion for the outdoor lifestyle and an understanding of the target audience is a plus.Perks at DiamondBack
