Graphic Designer/Illustrator

Job Description: This position plays a key role in maintaining brand recognition across both customer- and partner-facing platforms. Executes creative on-brand designs in partnership with leadership, including Branding and Marketing.Ability to create hand drawn illustrations in a variety of art stylesProvides design support for both corporate and partners.Aids in creating and maintaining scalable design solutions.Communicates proposals for physical output with effective mockups.Implements design edits and variations promptly and with accuracy.Participates in creative team meetings.Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrates design abilities in a strong portfolio that showcases all original art:No clipart or graphics/illustrations done by other artists;Stock photography is acceptable if it serves as a setting to display or mock the design.Displays a high degree of competence in typography.Shows mild to moderate skill in digital illustration.Has working knowledge of and experience in printing and production.Understands fully the nature of vector art vs raster art, and can navigate in both spheres confidently and effectively, with high preference for vector art.Is fluent in the following Adobe Creative Suite applications:IllustratorPhotoshopInDesignFamiliarity with Canva and leading social media platforms.Can work under creative direction to maintain proper brand standards.Effective communication skills through electronic means, such as email, text, project management platforms, and the like.Work Environment Requirements: Work is executed in the Orlando area, either in an office setting or at a Foxtail Coffee shop.
