Job Title Graphic Designer/Illustrator • Experience in Word, Adobe Acrobat, PPT • Possess Document Management (CITRIX) experience • Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), such as Front Range or Asanti • Experience in Page Layouts, Formatting documents, Quality reviews, and editing graphics, charts, and photos. • Experience in conversion processes for graphic files into formats suitable for visual representation in Web and hard copy formats. • Knowledge of website development, content management, publication design, and graphic design. • Experience in creating new and engaging designs and illustrations • Working closely with customers to ensure requirements for Web postings are suitably defined • Converting publishing products into page layout formats suitable for Web display • Receiving customer information and organizing the data into a professional publishing product • Good oral and written communication skills are also required to provide product demonstrations and relate/interpret customer business needs.
