The IT Support Specialist / Graphic Designer is responsible for providing technical support for the company's computer systems, network infrastructure, printers, software applications, customer troubleshooting, and production equipment while also assisting with graphic design projects for the sign manufacturing business. This position supports office and production employees by maintaining technology resources, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and creating high-quality visual content for customer projects, marketing materials, and internal communications. Graphic Design 2–5 years of IT support experience. Experience in sign manufacturing or wide-format printing is preferred.
