Company Description: The Graphic Designer/Marketing Associate I or II will report to the Marketing and Creative Director and will be a key part of our Creative Services Team, which is a tight-knit, collaborative group of nine design and marketing professionals. Work for this position will be fast-paced and require skilled task management to meet deadlines. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, or related field, or equivalent experience • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat • Skilled in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Experience designing for a variety of print and digital mediums • Team player with excellent communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment We are most interested in finding the best candidate for the job, and that candidate may come from a less traditional background.
