Graphic Designer​/Marketing Assistant

Overview We are seeking a Graphic Designer/Marketing Assistant to support a marketing team including: • graphic design and production for print and digital marketing materials, including print collateral, newsletters, RFP's, and other creative content. • maintaining consistency with branding across all platforms and materials • putting together presentations • Website maintenance • Social media content and management. Required Education And Experience • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in graphic design • High level of demonstrable expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly In Design • Thorough understanding of branding, design, typography and photography • Experience with website design, maintenance • Social media marketing and management Essential Functions • Conceptualize and execute creative pieces of varying scale and complexity for any/all digital and print collateral for the firm with an emphasis on the layout and design of Statements of Qualifications • Ensure deadlines are met; can balance long-term and short-term projects simultaneously without compromising quality of either • Understand the scope of a project and clearly articulate ideas and strategy behind a design • Ensure all designs produced deliver an elevated user experience and are successful visual pieces (strong typography, hierarchy, clear and easy to understand) • Ensure brand consistency across all assets by regularly reference the Corporate Style Guide and Branding Guidelines, promoting uniform fonts, formatting, icons, images, and layout • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative and production process • Stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations in design • Comfortable with a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Thrive in a collaborative team environment • Accept creative direction and constructive feedback from senior staff • Identify areas of opportunity and propose solutions • Track and file all projects in a logical and easily accessible manner; ensure reporting is continuously up to date and accurate • Perform other related duties and assignments as required #J-18808-Ljbffr
