Graphic Designer/Prepress and CSR

Design One Printing is looking for a dependable, creative, fast-paced team player to join our growing print and event branding company in Las Vegas. This is a hybrid role combining graphic design, pre-press production, and customer service into one position. If you know your way around print files, can communicate professionally with customers, and understand deadlines in the real world of printing and marketing — this could be the perfect fit. Answer phones, emails, and walk-in customer inquiries Help customers place orders and understand print specifications Provide quotes and production timelines Follow up on approvals, revisions, and job status updates Maintain a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented attitude Experience in graphic design and print production preferred Strong knowledge of: Adobe Illustrator Photoshop InDesign Acrobat PDF workflows Understanding of: Bleeds CMYK color setup Resolution requirements Large format printing Digital print production Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Print shop experience is a BIG plus Convention/tradeshow experience is a plus
