Graphic Design Responsibilities: • Color Separation: Create accurate and precise color separations for screen printing using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc). • Technical Proficiency: Stay updated with the latest design software, tools, and techniques relevant to the screen printing and promotional products industry. • CTS Machine Operation: Operate a Computer-To-Screen (CTS) machine to create high quality screens. • Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to address prepress challenges, such as color adjustments, registration, and image placement. • Previous experience in a graphic design or prepress role in a screen printing context is beneficial.
