Graphic Designer/Print Production

Job Location: Auburn, WA – Preferably within 30 miles of 98001 As a Graphic Designer at Sun Press Printing Co, you will be using the latest printing technology to effectively create and produce business cards, brochures, logos, business and marketing materials, prepare files for digital and offset print production, and much more for our clients! Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: • REQUIRED: Knowledge of digital and offset printing process and how to design and create files for optimal print quality and efficiency • Strong understanding of design principles, excellent visual design skills and technical knowledge • You have a strong working knowledge of CMYK, PMS Spot, and RGB and know when to use each. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite REQUIRED (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, & Acrobat) • Creativity and problem solving skills • Extremely detail oriented with high quality/accuracy and proofreading skills • Excellent written, typed and verbal communication skills • Excellent project and time management • Self-disciplined • The ability to work independently and as a team • Excellent portfolio, demonstrating the spectrum of your design work especially in printed format • Ability to take constructive criticism and change direction when needed • Professional work ethic and a team player • Thrives to meet aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Possess a great “can do” attitude and work well with multiple personalities. Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
