Manage production files and be responsible for any changes to production images and other product file management as assigned by supervisor. Making one design for each team YTF has a license with for each product and design work must be done following each teams standards. Quality Control: Review graphics, layouts, and text before production files are completed; strong sense of initiative to following up on changes made to revise product have all updates been made so good follow-up skills are important as YTF products keep evolving and product lines grow. Key Competencies and Skills: Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Strong graphic design skills Photo editing skills Time management and ability prioritize work and circle back to projects when project timelines are modified Multi-tasking skills Ability to meet deadlines Ability to work well in a team setting Communication skills; verbal and written Attention to detail and the desire for perfection Handles criticism and is confident with their graphics skills but has a willingness to learn and grow professionally Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design (or related field), or equivalent experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $36,000.
