Graphic Designer/Production Specialist

About the Role We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer / Production Specialist. • Operate large-format printers, laminators, and vinyl plotters • Run and maintain CNC router table and assist with sign fabrication • Prepare print files, materials, and substrates for production • Assist with large-format graphic installations (wall murals, window graphics, vehicles, etc.) • Provide detailed and accurate drawings for customer approval and internal fabrication • Work closely with project managers, sales, and installers to ensure jobs are completed on time and to spec • Occasionally assist installation crews in the field, including work from crane trucks or lifts • Maintain a clean and organized work area and perform routine equipment maintenance Desired Skills & Qualifications • Experience: 2+ years in sign design, large-format printing, or related production work • Software: Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw and/or FlexiSIGN; CAD or CNC software experience a plus (e.g., EnRoute, VCarve, AutoCAD) • Equipment: Hands-on experience operating printers, laminators, plotters, and CNC routers • Technical ability: Able to create detailed drawings, scale layouts, and production-ready files • Installation skills: Experience applying large-format vinyl graphics and basic installation techniques • Physical ability: Comfortable lifting materials, working on ladders/lifts, and assisting with installs when needed • Soft skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities • Bonus: Basic electrical knowledge or sign installation experience
