Graphic Designer/Production Artist

Location: Salem, OR Schedule: Full-time, In-Office (M–F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, No Weekends) Compensation: $18–$24 per hour DOE In this role, you’ll be responsible for producing digital and print ads for small to medium-sized businesses across more than 50 markets in the United States. Design and produce high-quality advertisements for digital and print platforms.Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand advertising needs and translate them into effective designs.Create designs tailored to a variety of industries, ensuring ads are professional, clear, and compelling.Prepare files for production, ensuring accuracy and consistency across campaigns.Manage a high volume of ad requests while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.Contribute to maintaining brand consistency across all materials.What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of professional design or production artist experience (agency or media environment a plus).Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.Experience designing for both digital and print formats.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, high-volume production environment.Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.A portfolio showcasing your design and production work.Benefits & Perks $18–$24 per hour, depending on experience.Full benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.401(k) retirement plan.Company-sponsored gym membership.Opportunity to work on diverse projects with clients across the country.Job Type: Full-time
