Responsibilities: • Greeting customers • Answering phones/scheduling appointments in google calendar • Responding to customer emails, designing proofs • Creating basic sign layouts and designs for vehicle graphics • Setting up artwork for printing • Manage projects using Trello workflow software • Taking deposits from customers and handling payments. Must have excellent attention to detail. • Ability to meet deadlines
