Graphic Designer/Project Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Graphic Designer/Project Manager to join our creative team! This role combines the artistry of visual design with the strategic oversight of project execution, ensuring that all branding, digital art, and marketing materials are delivered with excellence and on time. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional skills in art direction and project execution. You MUST love a fast pace. Designs proofs will be due 24-48 hours max. There is not a lot of art origination in this work. You are putting your own spin on client provided assets. You have to be able to work fast and accurately. Duties
• Lead art direction for branding initiatives, ensuring visual consistency across all materials
• Design engaging logos, digital art, illustrations, and layouts using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Illustrator
• Manage project timelines from concept through delivery, coordinating with clients and internal teams to meet deadlines
• Collaborate with marketing teams to produce print advertising, sign manufacturing designs, and presentation materials that align with brand standards
• Ensure color management accuracy and apply principles of typography and color theory to produce visually appealing designs
• Source and manage print vendors. Place orders for project elements. Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery. Enter expenses into expense log.
• Maintain organized project documentation including shift reports, incident logs, and production schedules

Qualifications
• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, logo design, digital art, and layout design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe After Effects, InVision, Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW and other relevant tools
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate concepts clearly to clients and team members
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
