Bergmann Zwerdling Direct, a top Democratic direct mail firm that works with campaigns from coast-to-coast, at all levels of the ballot, is seeking experienced graphic designers to join our team. From frontline congressional races and competitive statewides, to legislative caucuses in key swing states and large independent expenditure programs, BZD helps officeholders, candidates, and organizations develop compelling messaging and award-winning creative that breaks through the noise, motivates and persuades, and wins campaigns. BZD Graphic Designers work closely with the firm’s design department, creating work on behalf of client campaigns and ongoing organization projects. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain simultaneous exposure to federal, state, and local campaigns nationwide during a pivotal cycle for the Democratic Party at large. About the Role \\- Collaborate with associates to develop print and digital deliverables \\- Amend designs after feedback \\- Graphic design degree, prior agency, and/or political direct mail experience preferred \\- Remote position accepting flexible scheduling in any timezone Technical Requirements \\- Has an active Adobe Creative Suite subscription \\- Uses an up to date Apple Operating System \\- Fluency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop \\- Internet upload and download speed of 150mbps About You \\- Drive to help Democratic candidates and progressive organizations win \\- Creative and detail oriented with strong typographic skills \\- 5+ years of digital design experience \\- Effective time management skills and ability to juggle several priorities with varying deadlines Interested applicants please submit the following form to provide us with a portfolio for review: https://forms.gle/15UpBEJV1YjvmAe86
