Reporting to our Manager of Client Communications, this position supports Bim Group's client communications, marketing initiatives, and sales efforts by designing clear, engaging, and professional visual materials that communicate complex employee benefit information effectively. This role is responsible for producing high-quality print and digital collateral, maintaining brand consistency, and helping evolve internal design processes to improve efficiency and scalability. Working closely with the Account Services, Marketing, and Communications teams, the Graphic Designer translates strategic messaging into visually compelling materials that support both client education and company growth. The role requires strong design skills, attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects at a time. Requirements:
Successful candidates will meet the following requirements: Strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital design work. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Experience designing both print and digital communications materials. Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools or emerging creative technologies is preferred. Additionally, preferred candidates will have: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field; 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing, communications, or agency environment.
