If you love bringing ideas to life, working with people, and creating polished, professional materials across both print and digital, this role is for you. What You'll Bring You're someone who is: CreativeYou have a strong eye for design and can translate ideas into clean, compelling visuals across a variety of formats. Skills + Experience 1-3 years of graphic design experience or a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work Familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail) Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) Ability to write and edit simple marketing copy Bonus Points: Experience with photography and/or videography Basic understanding of HTML/CSS What You'll Do Design a wide range of marketing materials for both print and digital use Partner with agents to create cohesive branding and marketing campaigns Support and execute social media content and visuals Collaborate with internal teams on website and marketing initiatives Maintain and uphold Murney brand standards across all materials Print-Focused Work Includes: Property and open house signage (yard signs, directional signage, riders) Business cards and agent branding materials Listing presentations and buyer/seller guides Office marketing materials and internal collateral Event signage, flyers, and promotional pieces Preparing print-ready files with proper sizing, bleed, and specifications Why This Role is Different You won't just be designing for individual agents—you'll also play a key role in supporting and evolving the Murney brand.
