Immediate opening for Graphic Designer/Sales Assistant for an online sign company located in Centerville. Incentives: \\- Full Time Position Monday- Friday 8:30am-5pm \\- Paid Holidays \\- Negotiable Hourly Compensation \\- Potential for Future Sales Commissions/Bonuses Primary responsibilities include: \\- Perform Graphic Design \\- Answer phone lines and retrieve voicemail messages \\- Ensure all online systems (websites, databases) functioning each day \\- Perform outbound telephone calls to prospects and customers \\- Manage the office files, shipping, and incoming orders \\- Update the company websites, email marketing, and social media sites \\- Prepare quotes and process orders \\- Provide sales support Job requirements: \\- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop \\- Excellent telephone skills with an outgoing personality \\- Computer skills and working knowledge of Wordpress, MailChimp and all relevant social media platforms \\- Organizational skills and the ability to be proactive and work independently \\- Ability to learn and grow with the company \\- Prior Customer Service or Office Assistant experience desired \\- Possible sales commission once familiar with daily operations
