Graphic Designer/Social Media Specialist

Working under the direction and supervision of our Marketing Manager, responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Develops concepts, design and layouts for digital and print projects • Collaborate with marketing team on creative concepts • Translate project requirements into pleasing design solutions in line with corporate and product branding and design requirements • Design and develop client facing presentation materials, advertisements and sales collateral • Develop content (written, photography, video, etc.) • Ensure on brand continuity in visual messaging across all digital channels • Design, create and support the email marketing campaigns • Perform retouching and manipulation of images • Assist in website design and maintenance • Collaborate with the sales staff to actively monitor and maintain sales opportunities • Assist with our company’s Salesforce database including continuous updates on Sales opportunities and activity • Generate sales reports from Salesforce • Coordinate travel plans and agenda’s for customer meetings and sales events including the annual industry trade show • Assist in the execution of marketing initiatives and the preparation and organization of promotional material or events • Maintain and update company Intranet • Perform other duties as assigned and requested Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs): • Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and other social media standard methodologies • Knowledge of digital media formats including video, audio and interactive media preferred • Knowledge of effective graphic and web design principles • Ability to design materials by converting verbal requests into visual designs. • A strong willingness to learn – Knowledge and professional development are #1 • Energetic self-starter with a strong willingness to learn while working well in a small team and independently • Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and management tools • Exceptional time management skills with ability to multi-task • Ability to easily communicate creative ideas and collaborate in a team environment • Ability to thrive in a high paced work setting and proven to be a quick problem solver Job Type: Full-time
