We're a modern small agency- you will be in charge of managing your time, and have a majority say in your hours and when you work. This part-time position is ideal for someone creative, thoughtful, and eager to grow. We do SEO optimization in-house, and while prior experience is a plus, we’re happy to train the right person in this area. • Experience designing logos and cohesive brand identities • Familiarity with web platforms (Wix, Squarespace, Shopify – basic knowledge okay) • A creative thinker with strong communication and organizational skills • Open to occasional travel for shoots (compensated) • Comfortable with a part-time, flexible schedule • Kind, trustworthy, collaborative, and self-motivated • Bonus: Interested in storytelling and helping small businesses grow • Female-led and values-driven • Focused on creativity, intention, and strategy • Supportive and peaceful team culture • A chance to work on meaningful projects with inspiring local clients
