Graphic Designer/Web Designer with Security Clearance

Overview: E-PAGA seeks a highly creative and skilled graphic designer/web designer to join our instructional design and publications team. This position requires a strong understanding of design... principles, user experience, and creating engaging visuals that resonate with diverse audiences. Responsibilities for this role include: • Collaborate with the marketing communications team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials, including brochures, posters, infographics, web layouts, and social media graphics • Develop innovative and compelling visual concepts that align with marketing strategies and objectives • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all materials • Optimize graphics and web layouts for various digital and print channels to enhance user experience • Coordinate with the knowledge management team as needed for publication of web content • Coordinate with UI/UX designer to ensure web content provides an engaging and user-friendly experience • Collaborate in the creation, maintenance, and improvement of web content • Make recommendations for improving web content accessibility • Ensure products conform to all production standards, copyright laws, accessibility compliance requirements, and public release protocols • Conduct technical quality checks • Manage an approved concept and build it in HTML/CSS so it complies with responsive design principles • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in design, web development, and user experience to inform and improve design decisions Security Clearance: Secret Location: Crystal City, VA, with some remote work possible after onboarding Travel: Some travel required
