The Levin Johnston Team at Marcus & Millichap is seeking a Temporary Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator to join our industry-leading commercial real estate team in our brand-new, state-of-the-art office in Los Altos, California.

This temporary role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented professional with strong graphic design skills and experience in marketing coordination.
Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality marketing materials and investment packages using InDesign, Buildout, Photoshop, and Lightroom
• Design eye-catching graphics for digital and print campaigns
• Assist with social media marketing and content expansion across platforms
• Coordinate marketing projects from concept through completion
• Support digital and print marketing initiatives for commercial real estate listings
• Collaborate with vendors, photographers, and outside marketing services as needed
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in graphic design, marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign required
• Experience with Photoshop, Lightroom, and marketing design platforms
• Commercial real estate marketing experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Portfolio of previous design work required
