Graphic Design/Marketing Specialist

The Marketing/Graphic Design Specialist is responsible for creating visual content to support marketing campaigns and branding, designing assets for print and digital channels and ensuring brand consistency. • Develop design and media assets for marketing campaigns across all digital and print • channels as well as for in-person events • Develop visuals for web, social media, and other digital platforms • Develop and maintain templates • Ensure all design work is consistent with brand guidelines • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule • Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget • restrictions • Perform retouching and manipulation of images • Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to develop design concepts • Manage and coordinate graphic design projects from concept through completion • Provide administration support for the marketing department including printing materials, organizing giveaways, preparing spreadsheets, etc. • Assist with casino events including registration, seating, prize distribution, etc. • Must be at least 21 • Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite • Experience with Constant Contact program preferred • Strong communication and organizational skills • Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines • Must be self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and • see projects through to completion with minimal supervision • Must demonstrate initiative and accountability • Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics • Experience with print design and production processes • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends • 3+ years of experience in graphic design or marketing communications; be prepared to showcase your work during the interview process Experience: • Graphic design: 3 years (Required) • Email marketing: 1 year (Required) • Print and Digital Advertising: 2 years (Required)
