Experience with web design and/or video editing is a plus. • Maintain and grow the brand’s visual identity across all digital channels • Monitor analytics and generate performance reports to optimize content and strategy • Use HubSpot to manage and distribute marketing content and email campaigns • Assist with light web design or maintenance tasks (experience with WordPress is a plus) • Support video production and editing for social media, YouTube, website, and promotional use Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in graphic design and social media management • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.) • Experience using HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools • Strong visual design skills with attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with social media best practices, trends, and analytics • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Web design and/or video editing experience is a strong advantage • Full time candidates must have experience with SEO, WordPress, and video/web design Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge or CMS (WordPress) experience • Experience with short-form video editing for platforms like TikTok or Reels
