Job Description: The Charlotte Knights, AAA affiliate of the Chicago White Sox are seeking qualified and motivated applicants for their 2025 Graphic Design Associates. The position runs from February 18, 2025 through September 30, 2025. Applicants should be able to work well with others. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Work 90% of Charlotte Knights and College Baseball Games.Create Headshots, Scoreboards, Starting Lineups, Marketing Material, Sponsored Assets, Social Media Material and more.Working games can include, but is not limited to, Building Cameras, Technical Director, Replay Operator, and Broadcast Camera Operator.Help with other Game and Graphic Design assets as assigned. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Produce creative material efficiently and with strong attention to detailProficient with the latest Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Animation and Motion Graphics experience is a plusCreate Highlight reels, social media videos, crowd prompts.Ability to manage multiple projectsAbility to take creative direction and feedback from othersAbility to be collaborate with other designers as well as the other associates
