C2's client, a Denver-based company helping growth-stage businesses become scale-ready through research-based certification and learning programs seeks a part-time, contract Graphic Designer to support their in-house creative function as they prepare to launch a new proprietary platform for business builders, coaches, and affiliates. Start date: ASAP, before July 1, 2025 Location: Hybrid, Milwaukee WI Duration: 6-month contract, 15–20 hours/week with potential for extension or conversion to full-time Compensation: $28-32/hour (commensurate with experience) as a W2 employee of C2 Benefits: All C2 talent working 30+ hours/week for 30 days are eligible for medical, dental, optional vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match, and PTO accrual Technology: C2 talent are expected to provide their own hardware/software Responsibilities: Design marketing and brand assets for web, social, presentations, and print Build and refine PowerPoint templates, social media templates, and internal visual systems Support the development and maintenance of an organized digital asset library Collaborate on brand campaigns, logo lockups, content series, and product visuals Contribute to occasional UX/UI and platform design projects (bonus) Support motion graphics or animation work, if applicable (bonus) Qualifications: ~2–4 years of graphic design experience (agency or in-house preferred) ~ Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern, on-brand work across digital and print ~ Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Figma a plus ~ Experience building and working from brand templates and design systems ~ Highly organized with strong attention to detail ~ Ability to take direction and meet deadlines independently ~ Bonus: Motion graphics (After Effects) or UI design experience Not your type of gig, but know someone who would be interested?
