In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and executing creative assets across channels, ensuring a cohesive, elevated, and performance-driven visual expression of the brand. Key Responsibilities: • Design and execute brand creative across all marketing channels, including email, SMS, site, paid and organic social, direct mail, and retail/in-store placements • Partner closely with marketing, creative, and ecommerce teams to concept and deliver campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives • Develop high-quality visual assets that drive engagement while maintaining brand integrity • Collaborate with copywriters and cross-functional teams to produce integrated marketing campaigns • Prepare and deliver production-ready files for both digital and print assets • Support the ongoing evolution and refinement of Parachute's visual identity • Stay current with design trends, tools, technologies, and best practices • Maintain strong organization and version control across creative assets and projects • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries. • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana is a plus) • Experience designing for email and ecommerce platforms (Klaviyo is a plus) • Understanding of social-first design and digital marketing creative • Experience preparing files for print production (direct mail, retail signage, packaging) • Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) platforms and best practices for organizing and maintaining scalable asset libraries • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills Our belief is that when we take care of our home, it takes care of us.
