You will: • Determine the ideal layout for digital and printed pages, ensuring page text and images are balanced and create a natural flow for the intended target audience • Be responsible for photographic selections, editing, color correcting, and manipulation of assets • Develop temporary and permanent signage, including site, vehicle, and event-based graphic design • Independently work with team members to determine project scope, deadlines, and requirements, ensuring that deadlines are met and that all developed materials are produced to the highest quality • Review designs for errors before publication, including proofreading copy • Identify and explore design trends, offering improvements to group processes About you: • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required • 5+ years of graphic design experience • Communicate and present ideas and design choices clearly and professionally (written and verbal) • Follow creative direction and implement recommended changes, adhering to brand and style guides.
