Work with branch and marketing leadership to create content and update the Vision Wall. • Plans and executes branch photo shoots, either capturing the photography directly or directing external photographers to ensure brand consistency and visual quality • Storyboard, conceptualize, film, produce and edit corporate videos, including the Annual Breakfast video to drive employee and customer interest and engagement under general supervision. Design Operations: • Maintain, review and update all style guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with the brand across multiple platforms (web, branch, digital signage, etc.). • Regularly conduct in-person branch site visits to identify branch marketing needs, gather design specifications, and work with vendors on marketing related installations. • Ensure creative projects adhere to risk and compliance requirements as well as internal EB brand guidelines.
