Position: Graphic & Digital Graphic Designer (Ecommerce & Social) Location: City of Syracuse Graphic & Digital Graphic Designer (Ecommerce & Social)Job Summary: You will create visually compelling assets for our website, social media, and digital campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and a strong visual identity.We are a fast-growing color cosmetics brand in the US looking for a highly creative Graphic & Digital Designer to support our marketing and e‑commerce initiatives.Key Responsibilities Design digital assets for social media (Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Meta ads, etc. )Design website and e‑commerce assets (banners, homepage, product pages, landing pages)Design email marketing campaigns and newslettersDesign online ads and promotional materialsAdapt and evolve the brand visual identity across all digital channelsWork from marketing briefs to develop concepts, layouts, and final designsPrepare files optimized for web and social media (formats, sizes, resolutions)Collaborate with the US-based marketing team to ensure visuals support campaign goals and brand positioningStay up to date with beauty and social media trends to propose fresh, relevant creative ideasMust‑Have Requirements3+ years of experience as a Graphic or Digital DesignerStrong portfolio with:Digital work for brands (ideally beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or lifestyle)Social media and e‑commerce examplesAdvanced skills in:Adobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorBasic knowledge of design for web (sizes, formats, responsive thinking)Experience creating content for Instagram, Tik Tok, Meta, email, and webAbility to work US hours (PST) and collaborate remotelyStrong sense of typography, color, composition, and brandingGood written and spoken English for daily communicationNice‑to‑HaveExperience with beauty or color cosmetics brandsExperience with e‑commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify or similar)Experience with email design tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.Basic skills in video editing or simple motion (e.g., reels, animated stories) are a plus, but not mandatoryIllustration or photo‑retouching skillsWork ArrangementHome-basedWork ScheduleMonday–Friday, 8pm-5am PHTMust have at least 20mbps internet connection#J-18808-Ljbffr
