For full consideration, please include a link to your portfolio on your resume.What You Will DoSupervise Design Services consultants as requiredOrganize and develop scopes of work, hard cost budgets, and schedules for projects of limited complexity and sizeResponsible for the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of project team effortAnswer vendor questions during Graphics fabrication bidding processMay supervise Graphics Installation contractors in the fieldPrepare Facility impact documents to meet project schedulesSupport the development of fabrication specificationsWorking knowledge of Disney Business practices that relate to the hiring and management of fabrication vendorsCapable of making day-to-day decisions on a scope of work with minimal supervisionExpected to complete work as assigned with minimal supervisionRegularly communicate and coordinate with others in the department, and as part of a larger, multidisciplinary project teamMay represent Graphics at project team meetings or vendor shopsSupport implementation of project goals/objectives through problem-solving and development of design solutionsRequired Qualifications & Skills3 years of experience in Environmental Graphic design practiceKnowledge of Environmental Graphic design and sign construction techniquesStrong Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Autodesk, with a particular focus on Illustrator, Photoshop, AutoCAD, and RevitTechnical knowledge of Sign designKnowledge of related areas, including architecture, interior design, area development, etc.Familiarity with BIM standardsFamiliarity with documentation necessary for developing biddable documents for Graphic SignageDemonstrated commitment to producing high-quality workFamiliarity with signage code requirementsWillingness to travel extensively on various domestic and international assignments as needed supporting Disney Cruise Line assignmentsMust have a valid US PassportPreferred EducationBA/BS degree from an accredited programAdditional InformationDisney offers a rewards package to help you live your best life.
