About the Role

We are seeking a Graphic Illustrator to join our high-paced athletic screen-printing facility. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, well-organized, and thrives in a deadline-oriented production environment. This role focuses on creating, editing, and preparing vector-based artwork for screen printing applications, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

Create, edit, and prepare vector-based illustrations and designs for screen printing.Utilize desktop publishing software (CorelDRAW strongly preferred, other vector-editing programs considered).Manage and organize digital artwork files for efficient workflow and retrieval.Analyze and troubleshoot vector files for errors, inconsistencies, or printability issues.Collaborate with production and customer service teams to clarify design requirements and ensure accurate final artwork.Prioritize and manage multiple projects/orders under tight deadlines.Maintain consistent attention to detail and quality standards across all artwork.Adapt designs to meet specific athletic branding and screen-printing requirements.Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Graphic Illustrator, Vector Artist, or Desktop Publishing Specialist.Proficiency in CorelDRAW (preferred) or other vector-based software such as Adobe Illustrator.Strong digital file management and organizational skills.Solid problem-solving abilities with a focus on vector analysis and technical artwork adjustments.Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.Highly detail-oriented with the ability to identify and correct small inconsistencies.Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize orders in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Experience

Previous work in a screen printing, apparel, or athletic branding environment.Familiarity with color separations, halftones, and screen-printing processes.Experience adapting artwork for multi-color athletic designs.
