The Contractor shall provide a Graphic Illustrator who possesses a bachelor's degree in art or graphic design and six (6) years of experience in a publishing or graphic design environment. The Contractor personnel shall be capable of providing hand drawn sketches/illustrations. The Contractor personnel shall have experience utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, After Effects, and Dreamweaver. The Contractor personnel shall be proficient in Maya. The Contractor personnel shall be proficient in photo editing. The Contractor personnel shall have work experience using computer aided design (CAD) software.
