How you’ll help us in your role We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. Design deliverables and projects you are responsible for could include, but are not limited to: Templates — Word Docs, PowerPoints / Slides, InDesign Templates, Canva Templates Digital Graphics — Icons, Illustrations, Infographics, Social Media, Paid Ads, Email, Digital OOH Visual Brand Identity Support — Mood Boards, Logo Development, Type Systems, Color Palettes, Ancillary Graphics, Mockups, Presentation Decks, Brand Guidelines, Final Deliverables / Exports Creative Campaign Support — Employer Branding / Recruiting Materials, Mockups, Presentation Decks, Campaign Guidelines, Final Deliverables / Exports Minimum 3+ years of proven design experience in crafting brands and design materials, preferably in an agency setting Expert-level proficiency with the Adobe design suite—Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Proven ability to build high-quality brand and marketing templates in Figma, Canva, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint Excellent visual eye and understanding of design best practices, color theory, and typography Confidence in communication, including the ability to help guide discussions and decision-making Demonstrated ability to manage multiple design projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment Experienced working in Google Productivity Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, monday.com (or similar PM software), Slack (or similar comms software) Comfortable working in a cooperative, iterative design process Strong appreciation for the relationship between copy and design Strong desire to make a positive impact through design for hardworking / construction industries Our Approach to AI At FieldWrk, AI is a design assistant — not the designer.
