If that someone is you, join us!This position is hybrid (Tuesday and Thursday in-office) and located in San Diego.Please send us a cover letter, resume, and portfolio link to [email protected] and let us know what you bring to the table.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport the creative manager in developing concepts and designs for a variety of assets, including print, digital, and video.Assist in coordinating creative projects, from inception through final delivery, helping ensure timelines and quality expectations are met.Collaborate with social media teams to design platform-optimized graphics and animations.Work with the creative manager to facilitate print vendor coordinating, estimates, coordination of material deliveries, etc.Assist the creative manager in developing proposals and products to capture account growth and new business opportunities.Translate brand strategies into strong visual executions under the direction of the creative manager.Ensure all content follows client standards, is on-brand and consistent in style and quality, and is optimized for user experience on all digital platforms.Deliver final files to account teams, clients, and vendors that meet all required specifications.Work closely with the account team to ensure projects are within budget, scope, and timelines.Help manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships across the agency, and working with senior leadership, clients, and vendors.Maintain organized files, version control, and adhere to internal naming conventions.Contribute to the strategic brainstorming process, campaign development, creative brief discussions to support the creative manager and the broader team’s efforts.Ability to think creatively against challenging deadlines while maintaining a sharp attention to detail.Embrace a teaching and learning mindset.Perform other duties as assigned by the creative manager.Maintain knowledge of changing design technologies, processes, and trends.Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in art with emphasis in graphic design, multimedia design, or related field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or a related field.
