Graphic Print Production-Large Format Printing

Sign Shop Production Specialist/Graphic Design As a signs Production Specialist responsible for all aspects of the signs which includes preparing substrates and written instructions and under general direction, as well as operating print and finishing equipment. Graphic design experience is a plus. With various experience in Maya, Studio 3D, Sketch Up, and Illustrator. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm. Responsibilities can include the following besides Graphic Design Design & prepare print-ready artwork for signs and vehicle graphics Mask, weed, and apply vinyl to various substrates Properly and efficiently use an X-Acto knife and ruler Properly load and use a hot/cold pressure laminator following standard safety precautions Load and cut vinyl on Summa plotters Operation of a board trimmer, print trimmer or other finishing equipment Maintenance of printers, cutters and other equipment Application of vehicle graphics and window graphics Apply vinyl graphics to almost any surface Willing to work Experience Conduct quality assurance on finished product Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Strong computer skills Proficient in Onyx RIP,, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Photoshop Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Strong customer service skills and abilities Able to manage workload and prioritize multiple projects Must demonstrate extreme attention to detail Prompt, reliable, and responsible
