Graphic Print Production Tech At Creatacor

We are looking for a creative professional to join our award-winning team! Do you like to get your hands dirty and bring concepts to reality? You will work closely with our team of designers to bring concepts to life through both print and digital media. The Print Production Tech will also operate all production equipment used within the internal Graphics Production Department. How your time will be spent: • 50% Producing Graphics: Rip files, Print, Laminate, Mount • 20% Preparing artwork for production • 20% Ordering graphics through external partners • 10% Assisting Design Department as needed Benefits and Compensation: • Pay commensurate with experience • Medical and Dental Insurance • 4 Weeks of Paid Leave • 401(k) Matching • Flexible spending account Essential Job Responsibilities: • Operate all production equipment including large format printers and finishing machines • General finishing including weeding, masking, mounting, and quality check of products • Update and maintain inventory, purchasing material as necessary • Execute Purchasing Orders, manage vendor relationships and estimate for Graphic projects • Responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of all Graphic Production equipment (Roland 540, Roland 640 and Royal Sovereign laminator) • Ensure brand standards and have an excellent understanding of color, graphic processes, image quality, and production methods • Adhere to project deadlines while maintaining a high-level of detail, accuracy and quality • Work within a fast, energetic-pace and be able to multitask while managing a variety of projects • Work closely with both internal and external production teams to bring concepts to reality • Oversee external vendor installation of graphics to ensure quality and consistency • Effectively communicate all project-related progress, issues, or concerns to the owners and other Project Management teams in a timely and professional manner • Occasional travel to site locations • Other duties as assigned Work Environment & Physical Abilities: • Ability to lift up to 50lbs • Ability to install vinyl on a wide variety of surfaces (vehicles, walls, substrates, etc.)
