Responsibilities

Collaborate directly with leadership to define parameters, brand goals, and criteriaConduct a thorough audit of current visual assets (logo systems, typography, color palettes, digital/print)Assess experiential elements (customer touchpoints, brand interactions)Present results and proposed frameworks to leadershipRequirements

Ability to onboard quickly without heavy hand-holding and manage a strict project timeline within the 3-month windowGrasp of brand voice and messaging consistency to effectively evaluate the verbal component of the brand identity studyCapacity to back design choices with strategic reasoning rather than purely aesthetic preferenceProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and FigmaBenefits
