Sonoma, CA (Hybrid – 1–2 days onsite) Our client is seeking a Graphic Production Administrator to join their team in Sonoma. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and creative professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting production artwork and collaborating closely with sales and product teams. Translate design concepts into production-ready artwork Ensure accuracy of technical design and production specifications Create and modify artwork for product development and customer needs Manage and organize artwork files, photography, and product libraries Collaborate with sales teams to meet deadlines and project requirements Handle incoming emails and communicate updates related to artwork Support and coordinate product photo shoots Minimum 3+ years of experience in graphic design or production artwork Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop) Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Must live within commuting distance of Sonoma
