Everything Hot Shoppe Designs makes is made in-house in San Clemente - from concept to garment, we can design a shirt at 10:00 a.m., and have the finished product in your hands at 3 p.m. - No tech packs, no offshore vendors, just collaboration and teamwork to make the newest and freshest apparel possible. Productivity and the ability to set priorities is key to this position, as you will be setting up (nesting) artwork files for custom apparel and operating large format printers. Provide design mock-ups to sales staff for approval if required. • Build any other artwork files to help support the product line. Job Requirements: 40 Hour a Week Commitment Very strong Adobe Illustrator experience Adobe Photoshop Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills Experience within the action sports market is a big plus, but it's not a requirement.
