Graphic Production Artist

Location: Centerville, OH | In-Office (1 remote day outside peak season) Do you love bringing visual concepts to life, cleaning up layouts, and getting the details just right? Write On Target, a strategic communications firm, is seeking a Graphic Designer/Production Artist to join our creative team. • Execute layout changes, apply copy edits, create callouts or icons, and ensure all design updates align with brand and template standards • Use Dreamweaver and HTML to help create email communications; emails are built in Dreamweaver and sent via Outlook • Collaborate with print vendors and mail houses to prep files and ensure production quality • Occasionally support internal marketing projects for Write On Target, including light web or social content • Contribute to a lean, fast-moving creative team where deadlines matter and variety keeps things interesting What You Bring: • 5–7 years of experience in a production artist or graphic design role • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign • Experience with Dreamweaver and HTML (or interest in learning) • Knowledge of print production processes; ability to prep press-ready files and work with vendors • A collaborative mindset and appreciation for design that supports strong writing • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment • A portfolio that showcases strong layout and production work
