Graphic & Production Designer

The Graphic & Production Designer will be an integral team member on the Brand Design Team in the Marketing department for Hydro Flask. • Complete production design for marketing assets, including digital and print needs and conversion of files across multiple programs (retail, eComm, social media, etc) • Build digital work in Figma in addition to print assets in Adobe • Concept Tradeshow booths and window displays • Work closely with Project managers, Brand Design team, ECommerce and Marketing to maintain project status, schedules and resourcing needs • Ensure all marketing creative files are packaged, stored and maintained accordingly • Work with various marketing vendors on file handoff, prep and delivery • Maintain current icon and color libraries, and create new product feature icons as needed • Lead design and layout of Sales Workbook twice annually • Produce additional Sales tools, as requested (Sales brochures, Sell Sheets, Line Glance, Barcodes, etc) • Ensure all libraries contain the most current files for team reference • Manage in-house DAM (Aprimo/ Dropbox) and regularly upload final artwork, image, and creative files • Maintain Hydro Flask graphic asset libraries and brand standards • Provide seasonal updates to all creative resource banks • Work with external team members to maintain digital asset management and storage • Provide production support and oversight to ensure final product meets brand standards • Act as brand gatekeeper for all internal creative collateral • Assist in product retouching /resizing within lifestyle image library • Manage, archive and maintain product asset library • Attend and assist in studio product photography shoots Helen of Troy welcomes people as diverse as our brands!
