Graphic Production Designer

This is an in-office, print-focused graphic production role, not a purely creative design position. This role is best suited for someone who: • Enjoys print production, prepress, and file accuracy • Is wanting to learn a variety of design skills • Is comfortable balancing computer-based design work with occasional hands-on tasks • Values being part of a small, collaborative team Preferred but not required: • Experience in a print, sign, or production environment • Familiarity with print finishing and bindery processes Physical & Work Environment Requirements • Ability to lift boxes and materials as needed • Comfortable working in a production-oriented environment • Ability to shift between desk work and light physical tasks when necessary Schedule: • 8 hour shift
