Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or similar field.1–3 years of graphic design, production design, or related experience preferred.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.Strong understanding of layout, typography, spacing, and visual consistency.Experience preparing files for print is preferred.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to follow established templates, specifications, and brand guidelines.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Comfortable receiving feedback and making adjustments to existing designs.Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.What Success Looks Like Job Type: Full-time Benefits:
