Graphic Production Designer

The Graphic Production Designer will be responsible for creating Style Guides for campaigns as well as a large volume of a variety of print, digital and outdoor marketing assets using existing creative under the direction of the Production Director. The job is fast paced and requires a lot of attention to detail including typography, composition, and versioning. When work is slow on the production side, this position will get to work with the original creative team on concept artwork. The ideal Production Designer will have: - Portfolio and/or website link demonstrating design work - 2+ years of experience in production design and/or graphic design - Strong Photoshop and InDesign skills. Experience with Illustrator preferred - Demonstrates command of visual communication design and typography principles - Possesses extreme attention to detail and ability to adhere to design guidelines and specifications for a given project - Clear and concise communication and organizational skills - Diligence in file-naming structures and file organization - Ability to work quickly and with multiple points of feedback and changes - Ability to work independently to troubleshoot technical and process related issues
